To back True Poker's promise of high levels of service and integrity, our hosts are online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hosts answer questions about the site or about poker in general; they respond to player concerns, help resolve conflicts, and can even offer advice on your game.

Not only that, Hosts help maintain a fair and mutually respectful environment for all players. Because the Internet is open to the whole planet, people who choose to behave rudely or are disruptive to play may show up at True Poker. Our Hosts have the power and authority to silence or ban these players from the game, for extended periods or indefinitely.

All Hosts are identified by name-e.g. TrueHostBur-and each is a highly experienced professional poker player with considerable knowledge of poker and the True Poker online game.

Hi, My name is Frank K., but you know me by my host name, TrueHostBen. I've been married 36 years and playing poker just as long because I started playing with my wife's family. We played around the kitchen-nickel, dime, no-limit poker. Besides the family kitchen, I've also played in poker rooms in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. I also worked as a proposition player at the now defunct Oceanside Card Room in Oceanside, California for four years.

When I'm not playing or hosting at True Poker, I like to surf the web. My favorite website right now is CBS Sportsline-as a haven for my fantasy football league. Other favorites? Movie-wise there's "Chinatown", "Bladerunner", "True Confessions", "L.A. Confidential", and Southern California corruption movies. When it comes to sports, NFL football is at the top of the list. My favorite musician is always changing, but right now it's The Mavericks.

Other than that, when I'm not playing poker or hosting, I'm reading, or taking care of my chip collection, or doing the Fantasy Football-thing.

My True Poker schedule looks like this:

Pacific Time: Mon 11a.m. - 4p.m., Tue 6a.m. - 11a.m., Wed OFF, Thu 6a.m. - 11a.m., Fri 8p.m. - midnight, Sat OFF, Sun OFF.

By the way, my pet peeve? Poker players who criticize the play of other poker players. So watch out for me the next time you're playing True Poker...

Hi, I'm Rich, better known to my friends as RT. I reside in Winnipeg, Canada and I am the only Western Canadian host. That means I am the only host who can pronounce "EH" correctly and probably the only host that cares what a car block heater is!

My experience in Poker and gambling is in excess of 35 years and I am a well known Internet Bridge Teacher and Professional.

You can find me on site Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

I have watched a zillion movies, but the ones that stick are "Field of Dreams" and "Little BigMan".

My favorite pastime is playing guitar and I enjoy all types of music. My favorite groups are The Beatles, Manfred Mann, Pink Floyd, Mike Olfield, Paul Simon playing with the Bahia drummers and too many female artists to mention.

I have played many different sports in my life and I currently enjoy a little snooker and swimming.

My favorite quote is: "Don't do what you regret and don't regret what you do."

I have 2 pet peeves about internet poker players---players who type zzzzzz and players who criticize/harass or try to teach other players at the table.

If we do happen to chat on site, you may notice a strange sense of humour which I attribute to being born on the same day as Dennis Miller and Roseanne!

Hi, I'm Alice Mendoza, you know me as TrueHostBurr.

I was born and raised in Southern Calif. and live in the mountains outside San Diego. I am single, have 2 grown kids, and 2 grandchildren. I worked for many years as a poker dealer, mostly at the Indian Casinos here in the San Diego area. I am also a CPA and am a Vietnam Vet.

You can find me working a the site Mondays 12am-6am, Tuesdays 11am-4pm & 8pm-midnite, Wed 12am-6am, Thurs 12am-6am, Sat 6am-11am and 4-8pm.(all times PST)

When I am not hosting or playing, I am usually watching sports, baseball or football, or ESPN. I run a fantasy baseball and football league.

My favorite food is Steak. My favorite movie is "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner".

Favorite Musical Group is the Cars.

My pet peeve is people who are always late with no reason.
